Auburn/chestnut colour. H2H is well balanced between crisp biscuity maltiness and a citrus and fruit hop character with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

A modern classic. A blonde strongly hopped beer - clean and crisp. The nose is loaded with floral hop aroma while the pale malt flavour is overtaken by a pleasing dry and bitter finish.
“An alcoholic drink taken at sunset” OED. Truly a great beer to sup of a summer’s eve. A deep, golden beer. The nose has tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus notes with a smooth maltiness in the background. There is a balanced dry & bitter finish with floral hop aroma.
A tawny-coloured classic best beer with well-balanced malt flavours, finished with a hint of blackcurrant and a slightly spicy, sweet aroma.
Award winning blonde ale (Chichester Real Ale and Jazz Festival 2009) with a blend of English and American hops giving a slightly spicy floral blend with a hint of grapefruit. Well bittered with a clean dry finish. A fantastically refreshing summer pint.
Specially brewed for the Hop Growers Association’s English Ale awards and won the Gold Medal in 1995. Also winner of a Gold Medal in the 1999 Champion Beer of Britain, the best in Class at the SIBA South East Region brewing competition in 2002.

An extremely clean drinking pale gold-coloured ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied despite its very quaffable strength and dryness.
In 1944 at Southwick House, Generals Eisenhower and Montgomery launched Operation Overlord resulting in the liberation of France. Liberation Ale honours all the members of the Allied Forces who fought so fearlessly to gain victory and freedom.
Named after the Portsdown Hill forts. Ironically, not a single gun was ever fired from any of these hill forts in anger. By the time construction of the forts was finally completed in 1868, France clearly had no intentions of making war on Britain and the forts had only limited strategic use. Ever since then this massive scheme of fortifications has become known as "Palmerston's Folly."
Ooh... Aah! A subtle injection of Elder Flowers defines this beer. Unlike some other brews of this type, there is no heavy floral scent, but more of the tiniest hint of this spring bloom. This beer has plenty of character and a lovely bitter finish. Joint Winner with Swift One of Beer of Festival in the Southampton Beer Festival 2007.
Pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing of a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end. If you feel that this is all rather pretentious then it can best be described as a bloody nice pint!

A light chestnut in colour which puts it into the 'brown beer' category. As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.
A blonde ale, brewed with East Anglian Pale Ale malt and English hedgerow hops. Light and crisp with a lovely biscuit backbone, perfect for the summer. A distinctively different summer bitter delicious served coo. A delicate palate with hints of lemon.
Hepworth organic lager is made with English barley, Admiral hops and German yeast. The hops deliver a floral note to the brew and the purity of flavour is protected by meticulous cold filtration. A long powerful brew with a firm body and luxuriant head.
Golden with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Sweetish malty lager, with a touch of fruitiness and dryish finish.


Colour: Pale Cadmium. Nose: West West Country zesty-apple with grassy overtones. Palate: Medium dryness. Big apple bang intensifying quickly to a mid-length zippy finish. Good body,
very Satisfying!
Colour: Pale Cadmium. Nose: Very forward apple notes with gooseberry and nettles following. Palate: Very dry at the beginning and end. The middle is where the apples and sharp gooseberry comes through with a fleeting grassiness before the dry zip re-appears. Mid to full body.

A strong cider made from apples with a high sugar content, including Worcester and Cox, coming in at an impressive 7.5% ABV.
A light summer cider made from a varying blend of apples with a lower sugar content, including Royal Gala, Braeburn, Spartan and Lord Lambourne.
A 4.2% strawberry flavoured cider.


A gentle, dry white with the lightly floral aromas of a good sauvignon. A lovely white to drink cold on a Summer’s day.
A dry, fresh and fruity rose with delicate aromas of summer berries and a palate of lush summer fruits


It’s not all about the beer you know! And whilst we pride ourselves on our extensive alcoholic selection at the festival, we do have plenty of non-alcoholic choices available too. We have all kinds of fizzy drinks, still and sparkling water and a variety of squash to keep you and your children well hydrated throughout the day.
Tea and coffee is also available for the designated drivers!
